The property and Listing Agent info come first (as it should be). A property or Agent QR code can be added if desired.
Next, the detailed financing options table allows for 1, 2 or 3 loans.
Additional property photos are displayed next to the financing options table. Up to 4 additional photos can be included, depending on the number and type of loans.
Comprehensive compliance disclaimers are included under the additional property photos. The small print is critical in helping keep your flyers compliant.

If you want to maximize the number of property photos and the size of the additional property photos, or if you want to limit the loan data you provide, the 1-loan layout is the way to go. This layout displays 5 property photos.

This layout option provides a comparison of 3 loan programs (the maximum). Due to space limitations, there is only room for 1 to 2 additional property photos with this layout.
There may be cases when you don't want to co-brand with an Agent on a flyer. Perhaps you or an Agent you're working with want to include 3 loan options and all 5 photos of the property. Maybe you're working with buyers who want an idea of what their payment will be for a certain home. This flyer version gives you some flexibility.

Step 1 - Click on the Add/Edit Photo/QR icon for the property.
Step 2 - Go to Redfin.com or similar. Right click on the (large version) of the photo you want to add and select "Copy image address" (Google Chrome) or "Copy image link" (Microsoft Edge).
Step 3 - Return to MortgageOpenHouseFlyers.com and paste the link into the image URL field.
That's it!
Each property can have up to 5 photos and one QR code.
